F1 Hero MD (F-1 ヒーローMD) is a Formula One video game endorsed by Satoru Nakajima that was released in 1992 for the Mega Drive/Genesis, Nintendo NES, and Nintendo Game Boy. The North American and European versions of the game are known as Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge in reference to Ferrari, specifically their Formula One team.
